Condolences

Condolence From: Edward Cain, Jr.
Condolence: My condolences to Ronny and other family members. Mr. Hefner was my teacher, coach, and mentor at Shawnee Junior and High School in Joiner, Arkansas, in the ‘50s. With the exception of my parents, Mr. Hefner probably had more influence on my early life than anyone. He always inspired me to do and to be my best. Farewell to a life well lived.

Condolence From: Kenneth Jones Asst Professor North Arkansas College
Condolence: When I started at McCrory Elementary I remember Mr. Hefner standing in the entry way greeting his students, and we were his students. He was a welcoming educator that made sure we did or work and followed the rules. In discipline he was fair. He seemed to be everywhere. His guidance along with his staff as he became superintendent of McCrory Schools had a huge impact on my career as an Educator. Thank you Mr. Hefner! Prayers for the Family.

Condolence From: EDDY T HILL
Condolence: Mr. Hefner was my fifth grade teacher, football coach and school superintendent at Shawnee High School in Mississippi county in late '50's and early '60's. He was a firm disciplinarian who cared for his students. We respected him more than we actually loved him. We only learned to love him as we looked back on our time with him. I will always remember his contributions to my life.
