Condolence From: Evonne Humphrey DePew
Condolence: As anyone who is a member of a large family can tell is not unusual to have favorites. Aunt Lenora was a favorite for me. I remember spending time staying with Uncle Wayne and Aunt Lenora as a child. The one thing that has stuck with me all my life is strawberry cake. Aunt Lenora gave me a piece of strawberry cake she had baked. I told her it was the best cake I had ever had! Bless her heart...she looked at me and told me it was just a box cake. It didn't matter to will always be the best cake I ever had. I have memories of Vacation Bible School and of her working at the dairy bar. Yes, Aunt Lenora was very special to me. I will miss her and I look forward to the great family reunion we will all have one day.
